Each suite in the tarot comprises of 14 cards - numbered from one through to ten, and then four court cards. Here we look at the court cards and their common meanings, dependant upon the traits of the suit they're in. Court cards can either represent their "meaning", or they can literally represent a person. All the cards have to be read in conjunction before this can be determined. Can be a young man, or strong young woman, depending on the traits of the suit. Can symbolise pride, idealism, and enthusiasm; can depict rash actions and sulleness reversed depending on the suite.

Can be a mature woman, depending on the traits of the suit, or indicates a young woman with a very mature outlook on life. She is settled in life, knows what she wants and where is is going. Can indicate bitchy behaviours when reversed, depending on the suite.
KINGS
Masculine Power
Can be a mature man, depending on the traits of the suit, or a young man with a very mature attitude. He is settled in life and knows exactly where he is going. Can depict stubborn and controlling behaviours when reversed, depending on the suite.
