 Creative And Active Overload

When the Ten of Wands appears in a reading, it is a clear sign that someone is working very hard and has a large emotional load to carry, or a large workload, which is preventing them from properly enjoying life and all the things it has to offer.

This card can appear to let someone know they are taking too much on themselves;  it is especially common in people who tend to prefer to do everything for themselves and are unable to delegate.  Overworked managers and self employed business people can often turn up this card.

This card is a warning that someone should put down their burdens and take a break, or at least get help.

Relationships

When the Ten of Wands appears in a relationship reading, it is an indication that the couple are under tremendous strain of some kind;  or possibly that one person is taking on more than the other.

Reversed

The Ten of Wands reversed indicates someone has abruptly realised they are taking too much on themselves and is starting to sort out their priorities.
